METHODOLOGICAL PECULIARITIES OF ICT TRAINING IN IHE

Abstract

The socio-economic reforms taking place in the country have led to fundamental transformations in all spheres of society, including in the education system, the rapid development of which in comparison with other social institutions is designed to bring Ukraine out of the crisis, to ensure the future of the nation, a decent life for every family, every citizen of Ukraine. In this regard, the requirements to the quality of professional activity of teachers, including teachers of technology, are increasing. The expansion of the scope of objective demand for occupational safety specialists in the Free Economic Zone leads to the improvement of additional professional education in this direction. In the modern period in our country, when the number of accidents and catastrophes at work with a large number of casualties and huge economic losses, the need for changes in the education system, including additional training for occupational safety. It is necessary that the occupational safety specialist has not only strong theoretical knowledge and practical skills, but also psychological stability, developed volitional qualities, responsibility, creativity of thinking, ability to act in unusual situations.Such pedagogical goals, focused on professional reflection, require not only new learning technologies, but also specific organizational forms. Therefore, the system of additional education on labor protection, as a form of professional development, requires a scientific description and development of methodological support for this system. The urgency of the problem of improving the training of future teachers of technology on occupational safety is due to the need to resolve the contradiction between the needs of society in preserving the health and life of children and the real state of injuries in educational institutions and institutions.
